Found Hopper in the campsite, think I should invite him in?

Well, I just entered my campsite and found a surprise: Hopper the Penguin.

Out of my starting three villagers in Wild World, Sally, Hopper, and Derwin, two stayed to the very end; Sally and Hopper. Derwin moved out; I never particularly liked him. I grew very attached to Sally and Hopper, so when I got New Leaf and decided to give my copy of Wild World to someone else, I was very sad to leave them behind,

So I am considering inviting him in. However, I would be even more happy to find Sally. The problem is, I would have to wait for her to either move in, appear in the campsite, or advertised on the forums.

I loved Hopper, but we didn't have as close a friendship as Sally. However, he is here RIGHT NOW, and I will never have to wait for him again. This is my last villager spot until someone else moves out.

So, use my spot to wait for Sally or invite Hopper in now? Put your thoughts in the comments. Thanks!

Well, since no one has replied, I thought about it and... I decided to invite Hopper in!

I won the game of rock-paper-scissors and not only did I get to keep my fishing rod, Hopper is now moving to Aquarius! I probably won't keep him forever, but it'll be nice to get to know him a bit more in New Leaf.

Glad to hear you got one of your favorite villagers. Villagers only camp at my campsite when my town is full or they can never make up their mind about moving. I could swear I told one they should move 10 times before they agreed.

I think you made the right decision!

next, if there's a villager you don't like, you should work on getting them to move out, so you'll have a slot open for Sally...

I think you made the right decision! And if you ever change your mind, you can always let them move out when they want to!

I was lucky enough to get Savannah in my campsite and she moved in! She was one of my first villagers from Wild World and I loved her!

Excellent! I had Hopper as a starter in Pemberly and he was in town for over a year before I finally let him move. It was a tough choice for me though because I grew really attached to him. He's a great villager, I'm sure you'll be happy with him.
