Buying Fortune Cookie #16 for 500k

OK, this is driving me insane. I've literally gone through dozens of fortune cookies trying to find this one! I need the fortune cookie containing lucky ticket #16, and only that one. I do NOT need the ticket, but rather the cookie.

How you can tell what the ticket is: buy the cookie, save and continue, eat the cookie. If you get lucky ticket #16, then reset. You should have the cookie once you start up again. I will buy this cookie from you for 500k.
