To answer your question: no, someone can't make that wall for you.
There are no pro designs for wallpaper/floorings so there has to be one repeating pattern, making it impossible to make such a design. I'd love that feature to be added, but unfortunately it isn't possible at this point.

By the way, that would be a lovely thing to have as a wallpaper. Maybe try using an in-game (as in not designed) wallpaper instead? There are some that have similarities with this.
