It seems as if he's asking whether people collect these Football (Soccer) cards that are sold here in the UK.
They're basically the same as Pokemon cards except these one's are about the English Premier League and the clubs in it.

Hes Grammar isnt that bad. Only spelling mistakes.
I got to say that some people on TBT take grammar too far.

Anyways I used to collect them. But i quit because there was no point.
