Buying Flashy Flower Sign and Shogi Piece-Will pay well or trade Hybrids/Items

These are the last 2 pieces I need to complete the sets I'm working on. Hopefully someone out there has access to them.

I can trade most hybrids, and can order most items. Let's not get crazy and request purple or blue flowers though.

Why does nobody seem to have these 2 pieces?

Can someone at least confirm for me that they've seen these items before?

you can't find these in the NA edition of AC , it's in the Japanese version
