Rules:
1. First come first serve! I will hold villagers up to 6 hours, but after that, I move on to the next person.
2. I'm totally fine with lurkers!
3. You can run and take whatever you want, I don't care!
4. Tier 5 is automatically voided unless reserved.
5. I won't guarantee contacting lurkers, but I most likely will. Just don't count on it. I'd recommend subscribing to the thread.
6. I can cancel a transaction with you if I feel I should. That being said, I will refund you if necessary.
7. Wifi ratings are greatly appreciated!!! You will always get one in return.
8. Only reserve villagers currently in the town. See bottom for list of current villagers.
9. Only lurk villagers currently NOT in the town. See above rule.
10. Villagers in boxes will be voided when I feel necessary (probably about 3-4 hours after I first list that they're in boxes.) Their prices will not be knocked down, they'll just be voided.
11. Accidents happen! If I find someone was accidentally voided, I will refund your bells ASAP. Please be understanding of this, especially if the villager has been in boxes for more than a few hours.
