Buying Finishing up my cosplay!

For Halloween I've decided to cosplay as the trash demon triangle from Gravity Falls, Bill Cipher. I've got it mostly together but I'm missing two important items and they've been hell to get.

Here's the WIP of my cosplay.

I'm only missing two things- a top hat and black loafers.

I'm sure some of you have these in your catalogs and I was wondering if you could kindly order them.
I'm able to pay double the price of them, so 960 for the top hat and 840 for the black loafers.
