I see you're quite new on here, so my advise to you is to hang around the forums a bit more and help people (check the Train Station part of this forum) so you can earn some positive WiFi feedback.
You can also earn some easy in game bells on here pretty easily by selling your TBT bells (but you'll have to pretty active so you can earn them!) and by providing other services. You can also go bug hunting on the island to score a lot of bells!
