I had an idea I want to do but I’m not sure how should I do it. I want to make my Island Final fantasy Tactics themed....but I don’t know what items would fit well with the theme for the island. What should I use?

I love this idea! If you're still thinking of doing this...I'm not certain atm about actual items (I'm on lunch break at work, and I don't have ACNH's items memorized yet), but I'm picturing using terraforming to create higher elevations, with blue (and red) square patterns on the ground to indicate attack range.
Oh, maybe use stalls to have a little armor shop?

Maybe make houses with silos to be the castles like Igros, Limberry, Zeltennia, etc. You could also add areas of interest like mandalia plains, thieves' fort, and yuguo woods. Looking for FFT designs at the portal is a good idea, too. Maybe have chicken villagers to be chocobos. 
I wish I could have done a FFT themed island since it's my favorite game, but the shops and houses seemed to modern to fit in anywhere. I guess I'm not that creative.
