Welcome to Fifth Avenue​


I will be updating the stock as I get it, so please check back often to see if we have more of what you want, since the store is still in the baby stage and it's lacking a bit. Please all make sure to read all my rules before placing an order, or your order may be ignored! Also you must fill out the order form when ordering to keep things organized, or I will ignore your order. Please do not PM/VM me orders.


Rules & Such:
  • Payment preferred to be IGB, but TBT will be considered on large orders only.
  • Please be ready to get your items when you order. I know that life happens and sometimes you have to suddenly step away from your DS, but please don't order if you know you cannot pick up quickly, as it puts a hold on everything. I will keep your order on hold for a half hour after it was made, after that the items will become available for sale again. If I happen to go offline while you are making an order I will send you a PM when I come back on to work something out.
  • I will not be holding/reserving items at the moment, sorry!
  • If picking up in my town, do not go beyond the train station where you items are or I will hit the wifi switch.
  • If you want to look in my shops, you may do so but please ask me first, please do not just run off to them or I will hit the switch. I will most likely say yes unless I have not been shopping yet that day.
  • Please drop your payment before picking up your items so I know I've been paid the correct amount. Sorry if this is a pain but I've been ripped off before. It'll only take me a moment to make sure the amount is right. :blush:
  • Any items without a price listed are negotiable, so feel free to make offers!

200k does seem really really low for all of that. I'd think at least 400k maybe? I've seen people pay a lot for the bushes and saplings.


Edit: Actually how does just 300k sound? Right in the middle~
