Buying Fertilizer

Leif sells only one bag per day for 1,600 and seen as I plan on breeding hybrids I want a few more so I'm willing to pay about 6k per bag of fertilizer - I hope that's a reasonable amount (I'm new to offers/prices and stuff)
So.. is anyone selling/?
