Is there another way of getting hold of fences than by waiting for them to appear in your Nookstop machine in Resident Services? I really need the rope fence DIY but even after TT'ing forward every day for a week it still hasn't appeared,and since when you buy fence DIYs they are normally sent straight to your Nookphone I wasn't sure if it was something that was possible to trade?

Fence DIYs aren't sent straight to your Nookphone! You get them in the form of a recipe card, so yes you can trade them. Aside from trading them, yes, the only way to get them is through the Nookstop machine in RS.

They should be in the DIY app on your nookphone! The fences won't be listed on the first page all together, so search through row by row to make sure you haven't missed it. I think there may be an other category on the DIY menu, all the fences you've redeemed for should be there! So poke around the menus a bit!

If you really can't get it working let me know, I'll pop over and craft a bunch for you if you have the materials on hand!

I haven't redeemed the rope fence DIY - didn't think I'd use it until now - so it isn't in the DIY app on my Nookphone
