So I haven't come across either of the new villagers yet, and I was wondering if there was some special way to get them? I'm really only interested in Felyne. Sorry if this is a dumb question :S

They were DLC that you got by using the 3DS upstairs in the office.
They've expired now, but noone knows if they'll return or not.

Louie who was the first, returned recently, so you never know.
Just keep checking the forum or 3DS in your game.

Japan only got Filly through 7-11's, so count yourself lucky they're through Nintendo Zones as well as SpotPass here!

Felyne has returned as this month's DLC! Who knows, maybe Filly will eventually be rereleased as well... time will tell ^^;
