Feeling phyical actions from your dreams irl

Ever had a dream that somethin physical happened to you & when you woke up you FELT it, even if only a fraction of it? Even if you think you weren't doin that action as you slept?

I had a dream where I was being chocked so hard I was coughing & when I woke up my throat was sore :/
I had another dream that I can't remember but in my dream somethin happened to my left knee and when I woke up my left knee felt a little sore. My left knee is already my problem knee but it doesn't normally feel hurt for no reason, and I highly doubt I did anythin to it in my sleep.

I was dreaming about a penguin once and it was running at me and got in my face and made a loud sound. I woke up suddenly only to realize that the penguin was my friend jumping on me and yelling for me to wake up.

this isn’t exactly what you’re describing, but maybe your dreams were a projection of what was happening to you irl? you could have banged your knee into something? Or it’s possible that your dream convinced you it happened.

I've def had dreams like that too, where somethin irl made its way into my dream, usually it's noises like my alarm or some other outside noise. They don't always sound entirely like their real world sound but still similar enough.
