Kanto is the first and pretty much the best.
Johto is alright, but I haven't seen it in years, the only thing I remember about it is the slowpoke town and some train.

yeah johto has some of my fav. pokemo, but Kanto will always be best. it WAS the first, after all.

Johto is the best region. Many places to explore, had some of the best Pokemon, and was generally just awesome.
