Favourite & Least Favourite Halo Guns

I'm not a big player of the Halo series, I've only played local multilayer and campaign on Halo 3 ODST & Halo 4. So it's very possible I'm going to be calling the guns by their wrong names.

From the ones I can remember, I like to use the rapid fire assault rifle, the magnum, the one sniper rifle and the other really huge double zoom sniper rifle. I love the War Hammer. The ones that allow you to scope and shoot at the same time I like.

I dislike any energy based weapons like the plasma rifle and needlers, turrets are okay and anything that falls in that huge gun has only 5 rounds I don't pick up.

So what guns do you go for, and what ones do you pass up?

I honestly haven't played Halo in years, and the only ones I've played are 1-3. My favorite was Halo 2, and I remembering liking the plasma pistol a lot because of the funny noise or made while charging up. The needler was also quite interesting to use. I never really played competitively so idk if either are that great to use.

Also never forget the rocket launcher, spartan laser, energy sword, and plasma grenade. The ultimate behemoths in attacking power.

The needler is nice, looks pretty cool, plis since it's such a small one hand gun, you can dual weild another similar, one handed small gun with it. Double gun power! However I feel the small energy based guns and the needler run out of ammo too quickly.

I haven't played Halo in a while, but I used to play it heaps with friends. I used to really like the needler as it's common but deadly, and I remember getting lots of kills with it. The fuel rod cannon and incineration cannon were the ones you'd love and hate because they're so overpowered.

The only guns I can think of that I dislike or never use is the spartan laser, especially in Halo 4. Mostly because I am terrible with it lol.

The pistol in Halo: Combat Evolved. By far the best weapon.

In Halo 2 and Halo 3, dual sub-machine guns was always fun in relatively close contact, but almost worthless in ranged combat.

Likes to use Binary Rifle most of the times and least favorite gun is Magnum.
