Super Mario Galaxy 2, Rune Factory: Frontier or Twilight Princess. I think I've gotten the most enjoyment out of SMG2 though.
Since Okami is not a Wii exclusive, (I played it on the PS2) I'd have to say either Super Mario Galaxy 2 or Skyward Sword.
But I had a lot of fun playing Mario Kart Wii online too... Well, until I got so mad by getting hit by non stop blue shells that I threw the Wii Wheel into the wall.

I never had too many games on the wii, but for a brief time last summer I was obsessed with beating all the cups on Mario Kart o-o
