It was one of like 10 games I had for the NES when I was a kid. We were poor as hell, the PlayStation and N64 were already out and I got a secondhand NES with games from my mom at one time. The other games I didn't really like, but Adventure was both challenging and fun for me at the time. I kept beating the three save files to 100%, erasing them and do it all over. Lost count of how many times I've beaten it.
It may be nostalgia but that game was awesome. Haven't played another Kirby game that was that fun.
There was something about it that made it so awesome. Sure, the narrator was very patronizing and that may have been because of their target audience or whatever, but I found it super fun. The multiplayer was the best part, and me and some of my friends would mess around with it a lot. So many funny times with two-player mode, haha. I loved the uniqueness with the yarn and all too.
Kirby Air Ride. I had so much fun playing it with my brother when we were younger. Out of the main series games, I like Kirby and The Amazing Mirror the best.
I would have gotten 100%, but my past self was unable to fully complete the Great Cave Offensive section. I still have resent for that stage, actually.
Kirby 64! So much nostalgic memories (I was in heaven when I was replaying it on the Dream Collection) and it introduced me two my two favorite Kirby bosses ever, Miracle Matter and Zero Squared.
I also love Kirby Squeak Squad because it was one of my first DS games and I 100%ed it when I was really young with no cheat codes or strategy guides or anything. Looking back I'm really proud of myself for doing that, haha.
Kinda a toughie, but I'm gonna go with Amazing Mirror. It was so great, just what you'd expect when Kirby get's a little metroid-vania mixed into it. It also first introduced the spray-paint collectable. Quite possibly my favorite type of collectable. The color I loved playing as was sapphire.
Second would be Kirby 64, and third would be Kirby Dreamland 3.
