I personally like all of his copy abilities. My opinions on them are not based on how powerful they are, moreso how cool they are aesthetically and how fun they are to use. However, that is a factor that makes me like some of them them though
Fireworks
This move makes you almost invincible. Constantly spamming it is basically all you need to do... and not get too close to enemies. However, I really like it because of the fireworks.
Refridgerator
I know this powerup has no use in terms of combat, it is cool to see kirby turn into a fridge and dispense food.
Match
I find it funny seeing kirby take some paper, run it on his head and set his head on fire. That alone makes it fun to use on enemies.
Missiles
Come on! Who doesn't like throwing missles at enemies?
Explosive Ninja Stars
The fact that the throwing stars gives the illusion of speed and explode on ememies, that's enough to make me like it.
Suplex/Backdrop/Throw
Although they aren't that powerful. It is really satisfying to do these moves on enemies.
Jet
Kirby looks really cool when using this ability.
High Jump
I like using this to cheat through levels. Also, kirby looks realy acrobatic when using it.
Spark
The fact that kirby abolishes enemies with electricity in this makes me like it already.

I know it's uselss, but it looks so cool
Cook
The same thing I said about the fridge applies here. Plus, I am a sucker for colonary stuff.
Crash
Even though it is one time use, you can't deny that it is fun to use and the effect looks really cool.
Mic
I am mostly refering to the one in kirby superstar because I find the chants "Daiyae!" and "Shishko!" to be really humorus, along with his mic poses
