Favorite AC memories?

Well, I've been playing a lot of the GCN Animal Crossing (the fact that Mino has been playing it made me think of doing so as well). So what are your favorite AC memories? When I first played AC: PG and I learned about time traveling I was hooked on it. I remember that I'd always time travel to the New Year's party because I liked the music that played . So, do any of you have any valuable memories of AC?

I started playing it two summers before City Folk came out. 8D I liked writing letters to villagers, and sending fossils in to be identified. Oh, and I loved events and running errands for my neighbors. X3

I remember when I got my first AC game, Wild World, and I couldn't stop playing it. Then I would start acting like the animals, saying a catchphrase after every couple sentences. I even had a net I would carry around, and when I left my room or was asleep there was a sign on my door taking one of the sentences from the villagers signs such as, "Gone out for a run", etc. I even copied their sleeping times, I would go to sleep at 10 and wake up at 8 or w/e the animals sleep time was. Good times.

Yeah, tons. Back in 5th grade I'd play Wild World like crazy. I remember my neighbors and just being excited to wake up every day to check on my town and how much fun I had during the morning hours, collecting things at different times of the day, checking up on events, waiting for certain times to do things, playing WW anywhere...celebrating animal birthdays. A lotta fun.

I sold all my N64 games to buy the original GC version at walmart years ago, that game was the only thing that kept me and my older sister close, I'll never forget those days. I'm 18 and shes 20 now haha...

On Animal Crossing GC, I was so attached to my neighbors. I would talk to Monique and Hopper all day. I wonder if they moved out... probably by now.

I still remember planting my first Gold Tree and visiting the Island the first time in ACG.

I also remember scanning my first AC e-reader card.

Good times, good times...
