Fave villager moved

I set my clock forward till club lol opened then on that day I set it to I got a letter from Tia telling me she's left. I put it back to the original day I was on and she hasn't come? Any ideas on how I can get her back?

I am sorry to tell you this, but when a villager has moved out there is no way to get her back. You will have to cycle through 16 (?) villagers before you can get Tia again.

What does cycle mean?

It means you have to move out 16 villagers in order to get her back.
