~Rules!~
1. I absolutely prefer for my villagers to go to someone with some sort of dreamie proof. Even if it's text (though a picture sig is preferred), that way I know that they won't be resold for a higher price elsewhere. So, if both people want to buyout and the first does not have dreamie proof and the second does, it will go to the one with dreamie proof.
2. First come first serve (keeping the above rule in mind)
3. Do not fight over the villager, it won't effect the outcome, it just makes you lose brownie points.
4. The thread will be closed when buyout is reached or when time runs out, so the winner can pm me afterwards for communication
5. This will end in three hours! 3pm EST as it is noonish now.
