Can villagers that are currently in void in another person's town (often seen roaming the main street) still eligible to move to another person's town if they visit frequently?
I have Peanut, Fang and Ozzie frequently visiting my mainstreet, so I was wondering if it's possible for an individual to visit my town a number of times and one of them might move to his/her town? Is this possible?
