Fastest way to change catchphrases?

Usually, every day you open your game (this works with time traveling too, I believe) the first villager you see usually pings and wants to talk. This happened to me today with Wart Jr., and he asked me to give him a greeting. I'm pretty sure that villagers may also say they're considering moving or want a new catchphrase. Luck, really.

Ain't really a fastest way to do so. Best thing you can do, is talk to every villager that "pings" and runs into you to talk and hope for the best. I've had Deirdre not asking me to change her catchphrase for about 4 months or so.
