If paying in game, must deliver bells to my main town first before picking him up in my cycling town.
(My main town is new and no villagers have moved out yet so the void is not an issue)

Please do not buy with the intent to resell! I know I can't really enforce this,
but as I'm selling him for cheaper than he normally goes for, I really want to
