However, many people seem to love him! On reddit this past week i've been getting offers all over the place.
He is planning to move out on March 2nd, but I'd be willing to TT him into boxes sooner.

Starting bid: 500k
Minimum Increase: 500k
Buyout: 10 million or Flora with house in original** condition.
Ending: March 2nd or if Buyout is reached.
Current Highest Bid: pikopuko at 5 million bells

EDIT: Someone did buyout and then cancelled, so I am ending and giving to highest bidder.

**When I say original I mean perfect or maybe ONE item missing/replaced.​

So, I put 8 items for sale in Retail for 900k each. Then I'll put 3 more up for 900k after you've bought those. I had an ABD in my house, which is right next to Retail, so you can use that. I'll be opening up my gates in a few minutes.
