I've never seen it on a boy character but I think it would be alright. When a boy wears a dress like this, I think of it more as a cloak.

Great idea guys, I'll get on that later ^^ I have a Wendy Dress somewhere around the Able Sisters Board if anyone wants to look at it. I just finished Erza's main outfit, I will probably post it up tomorrow.
