Facebook...

i've tried getting one before, and the idiot people wouldn't accept my name, 'DJ', or ANYTHING ELSE i tried everything so i just said screw it
 
i don't have it. don't plan on it either. i don't like the fact that if i post a picture, it's facebook's property. that and it's pointless for me to have
 
I have one and its in my signature.

I don't really see a problem with showing people my profile I mean all they really see is your face and some basic (BASIC) personal information. If your that paranoid about it then my advice is get off the internet.

lol, that's true. Of course there is always a risk when you get on the internet about people stalking you and whatnot. If you're stupid enough to give away all that information about yourself though just don't get on.

The odds of that happening are about the same of your heart exploding.

and the people who do it are obvious, the only person whom ever did something like that to me was when I was 16 and on myspace, some random guy without a profile picture added me and all of his top friend's were like 13 year old boys in swimsuits.
 
Everyone from where I'm from uses MySpace, so that's what I use. I used to use it for communicating with women, but a cell phone kind of eliminates the need for it.

for some reason last year and this year people started migrating away from myspace, and are moving to facebook. I asked one of my friends why e got a facebook and he said that "it was easier" whatever THAT means.
 
I have both myspace and facebook, I prefer facebook though. It is easier to keep in touch.
 
Yep... and it's kind of addicting, haha.

To all those who think Facebook can be used for stalking, think again -- you set your profile to "private" and you're all set... and no, the pictures you upload are not the property of Facebook.
