Buying Faceboard Design

I have been trying in the Able Sisters thread, but I don't think anyone checks it.

I need someone to design a faceboard for Gracey to look like Leota's Tombstone.

Spoiler: See picture for reference.

I want her face to be where you can stick your face in, obviously. The poem at the bottom is too long, I figure, so I'll be happy if you can fit "Dear Sweet Leota" or just "Sweet Leota". I'll pay whatever you think is fair.
