total a-hole
Hey, instead of doing a topic about my 5 favorite songs every day, I decided to make this. This is basically the top 5 best songs ever of the week. In my opinion, which rules over all, of course. Just to let you know, my taste could be between hard rock, rock, oldies, some pop (depending on what Sarah's forcing down my throat.), etc. I won't be doing any Spanish music *looks at Bul*, any gospel *looks at Copper*, or anything from anything I don't like. So, if you don't like my taste, then please, screw off.
03/16 List
I guess this first week I'll list off some of my particular favorites, not in any real mood.
1: Twisted Transistor (Korn)
I love the lyrics in this song, and honestly, before I listened to it, I wasn't much a fan of Korn. Now, I'm hooked on their other songs like 'Foxy Foxy', and 'Coming Undone'. It's got an awesome tune with a memory-sticking chorus.
2: Mad World (Gary Jules (?))
Used in the Gears of War commercial, this song is freaking amazing! Eveything sounds so great, and the piano in this song is just wonderful. There are different versions of it, but the one used in the Gears is by far the best.
3: Hypnotize (System of a Down)
One of System's non 'screamy' songs, about some dude sitting in a corner waiting for his girl. It's a bit overplayed, but it's honestly very good.
4: Surfacing (TRUSTcompany)
Pretty old song I guess (maybe a few years), but it's nevertheless very catchy. One of the rock songs that gets stuck in your head. I think it was in MVP 2004 or something.
5: Classico (Tenacious D)
There isn't much I can say about this song.. You basically have to listen to it, I guess. Helpful, no?
