Trading Extra Red or Yellow New Year's Hat for a Green New Year's Hat

This past New Year's Eve, I attempted to collect all four colors of the New Year's hat. Redd sold the red and yellow varieties in my own town, while I managed to get to a friend's town that night to acquire a blue one. I'm only missing a green one.

During the night of the event, I bought an extra of the red and yellow hats, each. I'd be happy to trade either of them to someone in exchange for the green hat.
