Melba didn't move into the open place. Instead, she moves into the worst possible spot.

This is what I get for YOLOing it. I had 4 characters and none I could delete, so I just said I would YOLO it. This is what I get.

Now I am faced with a huge problem.

If you visit my dream town and you go to the pond near the train station, that's where she moved.

Here's my problem: Her placement interferes with several things, but one main thing. I wanted her picture. I wanted it until she moved there. Now I don't want her as much, or at all. I adopted her from Willow, so I'd feel bad TTing her out or doing anything like that since I just got her on the 10th.

So... what to do?

Do I work around her path and stop town reconstruction until I get her picture, or do I let her go?

Oh Melba... -__-

If she's not a must have villager I would let her go. I wouldn't keep a villager I didn't desperately want to have and put my town on hold just for their picture.

I had this issue when Genji moved into my first town via campsite. I TT'd day by day for 4 days and he never showed so I assumed something went wrong. So naturally I loaded up my game back to the normal date and guess who is in front of the cafe..

I didn't keep him long.. I was too angry with him to want him around anymore.

Thankfully I was able to get him again in my second town..

Work around it, that's what I'd do. All my villagers except Gala and Genji are in mediocre places and I just work around their houses and try my best to make it look nice.

Yikes. Sorry for the location. This game should totally allow us to pick spots and not be worried all the time about losing paths and flowers. I wouldn't keep a villager if you have an opportunity to move them out.
