Buying Exterior Help!

If you have any of these exterior in Nook's Homes, all I need is to buy it! I can offer 2 pink/red carnations for each exterior I get to buy.

Concrete Pavement
Straw Thatched Roof

it's very helpful for finding exteriors Someone in there actually has the straw thatched roof today I believe, although I don't think they're online right now.
