experience with ACNH animal animiibo cards ???

since I have had little luck obtaining my last two villagers (looking for forever), tabby and cousteau, I am thinking about getting dreamie-cards

who has done this already and does it work ?

You have to scan them in three separate days and craft whatever it is they're looking for each time. I've done it with all my villagers and it gets tedious if you do multiple in a row, prepare for that. Otherwise it works just fine! At least for me! On the third day they'll ask to move into your town.

Yes, it works. It isn't hard. You just have to craft for them three separate times. I like the crafting and the working to move them in. It feels more natural to me.

Have you checked eBay?

You should invite them to the campsite the first time on the day your villager asks to move out. That way the 3rd day lines up with the first day their plot is empty.

I more or less understand how it works… but I cannot find any cards online for neither tabby or cousteau… maybe I am looking in the wrong places

There’s also Etsy. Though on Etsy you might find mostly fan made one. Those work just the same. The times I have purchased there, I request which amiibo I want.
