After resetting my second town, I decided to turn it back into a cycling town to help out some people that are looking for their Dreamies.
Please note that I do not cycle every single day, I only do it when I have free time. To give you an estimated timeframe, I'm usually not available on Monday-Friday until ~6pm because of school and any homework. So it will be a pretty slow procedure compared to other people's cycling threads. Cycling times are all subjected to change so I cannot exactly guarantee when I cycle.

Some things to note
♦ I go by GMT+12, or NZST
♦ All villagers should be 100% original (Able Sister's designs replaced with umbrellas, Re-Tail spaces replaced with flowers, and I usually don't talk to them)
♦ I may or may not notify lurkers (just drop a reply saying which villager you're looking out for in case I am able to get them to you)
♦ Most Tier 5 villagers will be auto-voided, although you may request them to be taken off*, or I might put some of them off auto-void myself
*I will notify you if they are in boxes, and if you don't reply within 24 hours they will be voided
