um. I'm sorry but villagers from sanrio cards and amiibo figures are not adoptable. so you would have to have her amiibo card in order to have her in town

Yeah, Sanrio card characters are only available by using the amiibo card in your own town.

actually the person with the amino card summons them in the RV and they talk to them and ask Move in

As a general clarification for any confused parties: (Because this thread is kinda confusing)

Inviting Sanrio Villagrs only works in your own town. Someone from another town cannot go to your campsite when you've summoned a Sanrio villager and ask them to move in. The only way to get a sanrio villager (or any other special villager such as the Legend of Zelda Villagers, the Inkling villagers, etc.) is to buy the cards/figures yourself and invite them using the amiibo cards directly.

If they are in boxes in your town, they cannot be invited by others, and when they are in the RVs they cannot be invited by others. You must scan them in yourself.

All of the WELCOME AMIIBO villagers that came in the Animal Crossing Card Packs (that are not the sanrio crossovers) CAN be invited into another person's town when they are in boxes.

Hopefully this clears up any confusion.
