Hi everyone.I have done a few give aways on the trade board.I noticed that many people sent me a pm thanking me.Am I suppose to respond to the thank yous?.And I also noticed that they gave me a positive rating.Should I give them one too? And how do you do that?

This is kinda the wrong place for that kind of post, but it's considered common courtesy to do so.

Of course! It's common courtesy to leave a positive remark once you've traded. In fact, it's kind of rude not to.

In order to do that...
1. Go on their profile
2. Click the tab that says "wi-fi ratings"
3. Hit "Submit Feedback for ____"
4. Fill out the form
5. If you did a villager auction, or they have a shop, you can link to the thread. That's optional though.
6. Submit Feedback!

edit: However, if they scammed you/were rude/etc., leave a negative review.

Neutral reviews are pointless. I don't know the reason behind them.

If they gave you a positive wi-fi rating, then I think you should too. It is both courteous and helpful to other people who want to know who is okay to wi-fi with.
