ESO elder scrolls online NA server PS4 looking to group ebonheart pact

Hi guys, I got the game this christmas and am currently a level 29 but am having trouble finding people to group with to complete group dungeons as most people are already at veteran ranks. If any of you are near my level (+ or - 6 (or more cuz I'm desperate )) and play on the ps4 north american server AND play in the ebonheart pact, message me so we can tackle some dungeons! The deshaan and shadow fen ones I haven't completed but am happy to also do fungal grotto if anyone needs a healer/dps templar (I will focus on healing during the dungeon though). I'm looking for a tank with good CC and aggro (I'm very very squishy) and a DPS person and maybe another tank (squishy). I know these are a lot of little things to make it work but it would be amazing if it does!

Actually, you can dungeon with people in different factions now.
I am in the AD, lvl 30 I think.
I am also a Guildmaster too (Queen Ayrenn's Kingsmen)
We are generally a mature players guild though (18+) but we have some wicked PvPers and crafters.
Message me on PSN (KiloPatches) I can at the very least help you out. Some guild members have EP or DC secondary characters. Let me know what your build is, and I can arrange a decent group for you/us.

Thank you so much KiloPatches! currently I've levelled up to 40 and am a "tanky" templar healer who focuses on stacking a number of HoT's (stack 4 (rapid regen, purifying ritual, siphon spirit, repentance (regen so almost counts )) as well as buffing/debuffing (ring of preservation, nova, can swap other skills for more like combat prayer), two burst heals (honour the dead (i thought i would only solo when i morphed it early on) and ritual of rebirth (might swap to healing ward), and some dps (blazing shield, puncturing sweep, and a purifying light for bosses). On one bar I run remembrance for safety. Currently I'm using more of a soloing build but can swap to this or others depending on what the group needs. I won't be able to play till after easter though and the build is very magic intensive (someone running luminous shards would be very helpful). I've managed to solo world bosses as well as dark anchors in east march with my solo build and its been fun doing it!. I also plan on making a dps sorcerer next as well as a tank dragon knight.

edit: crafting a 5 piece seducers (4L 1H) and provisioning/enchanting/alchemy would be incredibly helpful
(I'd provide the materials of course though for costs (and extra as I have tons of dwarven materials for lvl 40 range heavy gear).
