Error :-(

PLEASE HELP!! If I try to go to someone or if I open the gate and someone wants to come in my town I get an error. When I travel I choose the city and then I get that error :-( please help I updated acnl and I think my internet is not wrong bc I traveled before on the same internet and went on the island and it worked.

Maybe it is your internet...try typing in the error code onto nintendo's website, that might help.

Have you tried multiple times though? I had this problem yesterday when visiting towns and having people over. I just kept trying and trying until it finally worked.

I saw something on nintendo but it didn't help much.. It says something for restarting the internet or idk and putting the id code or whatever on the nintendo and I didn't really want to do that...

I've had that error, it could be anything. Bad wi-fi reception, or the other person you are visiting might have bad connection. In certain areas in my house, if I'm sitting there (aka my living room) and try to visit someone I get an error code but I have no problems in my bedroom!

Try moving closer to your router/internet source.?
I get an error 511 I believe when I try to visit/have visitors while I'm lazing in bed. My beds at the opposite end of the house

Yeah, I though of that too, I'll try it tomorrow but i think I had an error 512 or something like that

I had the same problem though, a long time ago. Back when LMDM was popular, it wouldn't let me connect for no reason. I had to restart my internet router and then delete and re-create the internet settings on my 3DS.

yep I know this error is due to having different routers , I had this problem while ago until I got a new router that let me connect to everyone town again.

Sometimes it just errors randomly, and says: an error has accored, sometimes it says: a communication error has accored (I don't care how accored is spelled, i am too tired)
