I don't think you can remove options from ZetaBoards, just enable or disable them.

If you really want a name change, and its not a huge one (like changing the first letter of your name, or changing it to a shorter version or your nickname) then you could PM him and he will possible do it.

For example -

Me changing my name to Zex instead of Zexion.
