Error 018-0512

I keep getting this error and I've tried everything I dont know what's wrong at this point.

I mean for ACNL I can go get presents, go to the dream suite, go on the island with other players but when it comes to visiting or letting other people visit my town I just cant get it to work; even though previously I was able to let someone into my town and to theirs this week to see if everything was fixed... But I cant access online anymore.

I've tried the DMZ, I've tried forward porting, I've tried sitting closer to the router, I've tried dropping my firewall and all sorts of stuff.

It feels like the only times I can get a glimmer of hope is at night when everyone is probably already in bed so I probably wont be able to give away villagers and play with others in my town anyways :/

Its really bugging me and I need extra help.

So, my Router is an Evil Belkin n600, if that helps.​

Do check on your ISP, in my case it is on the ISP side so I'm thinking of switching ISPs. Some ISPs have strict-nat and share IPs (private IP) to its consumers. You can get a VPN though and tunnel your router if that's possible, but that is rather costly.
