So Erik has at long last decided that he would be better off somewhere else. And so I have decided that, as it is my duty as mayor, I must auction him off to someone else. He is currently in boxes and will be for around twelve more hours at most.

Hence, this is a relatively short/fast-paced auction.

Please note that I need you to be able to come to my town and talk to Erik between 22:00 and 24:00 GMT.

Starting Bid: 500K
Buy Out: 5mil is gonna have to be maximum
End of Auction: 22:00 GMT (so in about three hours from when I started this thread.
