* His house/clothes are original. He got his saying "girlfriend" from Fuchsia.
* Not currently in boxes but I can TT him in any time.
* Offers end when I choose someone to trade with.
* I'll pick up the villager from your town first. Since he's a tier one popular, this is a precaution I'd like to take.
