I let Erik move in from my brother's town, because I like Erik so why not
today, I turned on the game to find out that he had moved in directly in front of my mini orchard, completely destroying my precious Triforce stump and leaving behind a single famous mushroom.
I am burning with rage. (not literally. i hope.) This is worse than Pierce moving in in front of my cafe.

One time on my other game cartridge Mr. Marshal moved right in front of my town hall..... Another time on my other cartridge Avery moved in right in front of my Re-Tail..... I wanted a Meteor to come down from space on to me....

Do you normally do plot resetting? It really can help avoid this kind of things when you're expecting a villager. My town is so developed now that there is no way I could risk somebody moving into a random spot and destroying anything

Erik seems to do that more often than most villagers. I've heard of several other cases of basically the same thing.

Its a pain but plot resetting is very worth it because situations like this are prevented. In one of my old towns, a new villager (I forget who) plotted right in the middle of a path leading to the ramp for the beach. I was beyond annoyed.

I didnt plot reset Willow and she moved right in front of my police station :c I definitely recommend plot resetting. Its tedious but can help with situations like this

Oh man, sorry! That sucks. Without plot resetting, this just happens sometimes, unfortunately. Sort of makes you miss the markers/posts you had back in city folk where you knew the possible spots where villagers could land.
