How about Perplexia?
The island of Perplexia has a nice sound to it. I like it when towns end with the letter A.
This name works with any type of theme. You can go with the Creepy theme and it fits. It can symbolize confusion and chaos.
No theme fits as well. It could just be symbolic to a new beginning where everything is new and you are trying to find your way, full of indecision and getting a feeling for the town.
It can also be used in a multiple themed town. Where it’s zen in one corner, creepy in the other, and pink at the bottom left. Leaving everyone that visits just confused about what exactly is this town about.

I recommend this word for your island name, Antonio! I love words that provide a scenic image (which is why my island is “Komorebi”), and this would be great to have if you want to give a specific time setting for your dream address. You could also do a lot of themes with your island (or no theme at all) because it’s mainly related to a time of day. The sound of the word is also very beautiful.

I'll throw in the name "Redbrook"! Inspired by a quiet walk through the woods in fall along a small river. I'm not sure what vibe you want but I think a lot of people seek out a comfortable atmosphere in their town and that's what this name gives me.

my suggestion is ayakashi
ayakashi are yokai (spirits in japanese mythology) that appear as ghost lights above the water. theres different stories about them depending on the region in japan. some say the are deceased sailors seeking more people to join them, but it doesnt seem like all interpretations are sinister (source) anyway i thought it was a cool name for an island :3 good luck with your new one!

Well I associate you with bears now so my suggestion is "Bjørnøya" (pronounced Bee-or-nay-ah)
In real life Bjørnøya is the southernmost island of the Norwegian Svalbard archipelago.
You could have a town of bears or no bears at all! Seeing as "The only indigenous land mammals are a few Arctic foxes. Despite its name, Bear Island is not a permanent residence of polar bears" it's really up to you. lol

How about Reverie? It can refer to a daydream/the state of daydreaming, a grandiose or visionary idea, or even a sort of dream-like musical composition. I love the word and I think it works very well for an ACNH island name, and could easily encompass a number of themes. ^^ Thank you for hosting this!
What about Manderley
It is the name from the manor in the book Rebecca by Daphne DuMaurier. In her story the house becomes unreachable for the characters and will always be nothing more than a fond memory. It will be nice to change this and create your very own dream come true... I also like it because it has a nice sound...
