The 360 HArdrive gets filled up very quickly with all the game save files, and the XLA games and such.
That this fills fast.

So what you're doing is assuming that ZF will buy tons of XL arcade games, which I doubt he'll do if he already has a Wii.

Its a huge space difference. If I'm going to save up for it, might as well just save up for a little longer and get the better one.

It's also a huge money difference. I doubt you'll ever even use half of the space available.

Storm, do you HAVE a 360? As far as I know you don't so how about you stay out of this. It WILL be filled fast, by demos, videos, and XBLA games, I know that first hand.

Um... ya... Not mine personally, I didn't buy it because I know how to save money. Even if I didn't, that doesn't mean I need to "stay out of it". Maybe $100 is easy for you to come up with... you know you have everything you want pretty much, but not everyone can spend money like that. And when you're in college, like I'm about to be, you definitely need to learn how to manage money. (Unless you're parents still pay for everything................ in which case, life after college will be more difficult in terms of the experience and attitude you had)

That's not true. I never said I had anything against buying a 360. I'm just saying don't buy something you don't even need (the elite version... and ZF already said he wouldn't be downloading that much).

As I said before, I think that's the attitude of someone who doesn't save money. Let's say in the future you have thousands of dollars and want to learn piano so you buy a grand piano... doesn't make sense... just buy a little thing unless you're going to go all out, like playing it all day everyday until you die.

Now, I would get the Pro. The core iks a waste of money since it comes with NO hard drive. Plus, if you want the elite for the HD then you can buy the HD when you run out.

What I was saying though, was that buying the HDD for the Pro essentially costs MORE money than buying the elite.

Im telling you though, If youre gonna spend 470 for an elite for the HD, just by the Pro HD, and itds only be 450. Im getting the pro myself, because Im using that extra 120 to buy Games and stuff.
