I havent played acnl in a week or so, because of vacation. I know its totally unreasonable, but I feel some sort of anxiety towards it? Like, I havent been on here much, and I guess I just dont know what to do in my game.
I'm considering restarting one of my cycling towns, but I hate doing the tutorial part... what would you do? Should I just go for it?

If you aren't too attached to your cycling town I would totally restart it! ^-^%
Is it your main town that is giving you anxiety? c=
There isn't really anything you have to do in game! Just make sure you are having fun! c=

If you're considering resetting I'd just go for it. It's better to do it sooner rather than later and if it's something you're considering you probably won't change your mind about it later.
