We're quickly approaching a time when most Super Nintendo games will have non-functioning batteries, too.
I know that you can switch the batteries out, but I'm not too sure that there is all that much risk involved so long as you have a basic knowledge of soldering. That and some money. I don't think you can really break the game further once the battery dies by trying to replace it.Psychonaut said:^ thisMino said:Buying rare games is for collectors, not for people who actually want to play them. though I've heard of being able to change out the batteries for yourselves... i'm sure it's very risky, and not worth it.
speed runs are more fun anyway.![]()
if you mess up the game itself.. I'd say you could break it further than just being unable to save.Mino said:I know that you can switch the batteries out, but I'm not too sure that there is all that much risk involved so long as you have a basic knowledge of soldering.
