Earning tbt bells

I'm new here and I was just wondering how you earn bells here at tbt? Not animal crossing ones the ones you use here on the site, I think it's something to do with posting but I'm really not sure x.x Thanks for helping

Ohhh, so could this explain why I sometimes lose bells instead of earning them? Sometimes I "get" "-2 bells" and the like when I post.

I did not know you could lose bells from posting. o.o'

Huh... Not sure about that.

You can lose bells when you edit posts shorter I believe. But yes, to gain bells you post quality posts. Certain places around the forum don't give bells such as the Basement.

The losing Bells from posting thing has to do with editing. It's simply recalculating to be sure you aren't earning more than you should when editing.
