E-mail Help?

I've been looking all around the site for something that will cancel out all e-mails (including friend request notifications) since I do not want any e-mails from here in my Inbox because it is already filled up enough. But, I can't find any. Can I have a bit of help here? Thanks!

Go to settings > Under My Account: General Settings > There should be options to turn off receive emails for all options.
